Asus Introdices VivoBook, Ultrabook With Windows 8 & Touch Screen

After Sony, Samsung, Acer and Lenovo laptop publish Windows 8 operating system with touch screen some time ago, now Asus took part. Taiwanese manufacturer Asus presents VivoBook which comes in two model options VivoBook Asus S200 11.6-inch screen size and S400 with a 14-inch screen.

In terms of design, the Asus VivoBook looks similar to Asus Zenbook Ultrabook that comes wrapped in metal chassis. Bodynya thin and light comes in three bright colors are steel gray, hot pink and silver luxury.


The difference between the S200 and S400 Asus VivoBook not just on the screen sector alone. For performance, they are also different. VivoBook Asus S200 is powered by a choice of two models of processors, Intel Core i3-3217U and Intel Dual Core. While VivoBook S400 is more powerful with a choice of Intel Core i3-3217U and Core i5-3317U Intel.

Asus offers a touch screen experience in a more intuitive and natural with a multipoint touch screen panel on VivoBook. For users who are not accustomed to navigating with touch screen, touchpad Asus VivoBook design with sizes larger than most notebook touchpad. Asus also equips touchpad with Asus Smart Gesture technology that makes navigation more optimally with Windows 8. For online storage, Asus VivoBook complete with service capacity 32GB Asus WebStorage Cloud to be used for 3 years without any cost or free.

Asus VivoBook sold at a starting price of 4.9 million dollars and will be available next month in Indonesia.
